Overview of the Import Sheet

The Excel import sheet typically contains four main sections:

  1. Building (Property) Details

  2. Unit Details

  3. Client (Contact) Details

  4. Contract Details

Each section requires specific information and has fields that must be completed according to your company structures and setup.


1. Building (Property) Details

  • Area:

    • Activate or define the area in your system (Administration > Countries).

    • Example: Dubai, Emirates City Community.

  • Community/Direct:

    • Specify if the building belongs to a community or is a standalone structure.

  • Building Name:

    • Assign a clear name for each building; use the same name consistently for all its units and subsequent rows.

  • Owner/Landlord Name:

    • Enter the actual property owner (company or individual).

  • Additional Building Details:

    • Block number, plot number, number of floors, usage (1 for residential, 2 for commercial).


2. Unit Details

  • Repeat Key Data:

    • For each unit, repeat the building’s main details.

  • Unit Number/Name:

    • Unique identifier for each shop, flat, office, etc.

  • Usage:

    • 1 for residential, 2 for commercial.

  • Type, Model, and Category:

    • Refer to your property master files for correct wording or numbers.

  • Floor Number:

    • Indicate the floor (e.g., Ground Floor, 1st Floor).

  • Area (Sq Ft or Sq M):

    • Specify if available.

  • Utility Details:

    • Electricity meter, water meter, and other specifications (optional).


3. Client (Contact) Details

  • Profile Type:

    • Tenant, landlord, supplier, etc.

  • Names:

    • English and Arabic names if available.

  • Contact Information:

    • Mobile, email, Emirates ID, passport, address, etc.

  • Other:

    • Add additional remarks or IDs as needed.


4. Contract Details

  • First Party:

    • Leave blank if company is owner; otherwise, specify as per management structure.

  • Contract Dates:

    • Start and end date (dd/mm/yyyy).

  • Installment Information:

    • Number of installments and respective dates.

    • Values for rent, security deposit, parking, and commission.

  • Comments/Remarks:
